By accessing the Pojern Abyssal Vault website (pojernsave.com) and utilizing our free social casino simulations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must immediately cease your expedition and leave the station. Virtual Currency (Pressure Coins) Rules
Our platform operates solely on a virtual currency called Pressure Coins (PRC). PRC is granted for free through daily bonuses, gameplay achievements, and promotional events. Pressure Coins hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and can never be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash, prizes, or any other item of value. All gameplay is purely for entertainment.
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of the station, players must adhere to strict codes of conduct. You may not use automated bots, scripts, or exploits to manipulate the online slots or Trench Sonar roulette. Harassment of other players, attempting to hack the virtual economy, or selling your account to third parties is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate termination of your access to the Vault.
Intellectual Property
All visual assets, game mechanics, nautical themes, and lore surrounding Abyssal Station Pojern are the exclusive intellectual property of PojernSave Interactive. This includes the designs of our virtual submarines, bioluminescent slot symbols, and the Trench Sonar interface. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, distribute, or modify our content.
Limitation of Liability
PojernSave Interactive provides the Abyssal Vault on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the servers and are not liable for any virtual losses incurred due to technical glitches, connection drops, or server maintenance. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of this free social casino.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of the Pojern Abyssal Vault shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. We encourage players to contact our support team first to resolve any issues regarding gameplay or account status. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bristol, UK.
